Fashion Design in Tipperary

Launched in 2023, this Level 5 Fashion Design programme already has many milestone achievements. A pathway is available for students to secure direct entry into 2nd-year Fashion Design at LSAD Limerick with portfolio submission. From the 2024 graduating class, one student has gone directly into 2nd-year Fashion Design, while another has undertaken the Art Teaching Degree, and one in core year.
Another milestone achieved is that we have secured five places with Mary Immaculate College in Thurles in their Home Economics and Business Degree. Our students are eligible to progress to this degree on completion of an interview through zero round CAO offer with the results from the Fashion Design course. One of our 2024 graduating class has already gained a place on the Home Economics and Business teaching degree course.
This course is fully funded, including fees, and materials are supplied. Learners can also avail of a training allowance, if eligible, and also a travel allowance while studying on the course. There is also an accommodation allowance for any student who wishes to move to the area.
