Tipperary Education and Training Board’s (ETB) Universal Design for Learning (UDL) Implementation Plan for Further Education and Training (FET) has been launched.
This plan will build on work already achieved in this area with the goal of being proactive in meeting the needs of all learners through the design stage of our teaching, as well as offering our learners choice in how they learn.
The Implementation Plan was presented to all FET managers during a meeting on 29 March 2023, and has been endorsed by Tipperary ETB Chief Executive, Bernadette Cullen, and Director of FET, Colin Cummins.
The UDL Implementation Plan is a significant undertaking, and staff will be working through the plan in the coming years. Our FET team are looking forward to further enhancing inclusive education practices in Tipperary ETB.
